Spring Shearing 2011 at Avalon Farm
Carole and I welcome people interested in alpacas and/or natural fibers, to join us each year for our annual shearing day. Typically, shearing here is scheduled for the end of May or beginning of June once the warmer weather is predictable and the possiblity of a late spring snow has passed. The exact date is determined by our shearers and should be available by February.
